There aren't a whole lot of change between the 2018 Acura RDX and the 2017 Acura RDX. You'll notice just a small price increase of just $130 for the 2018 model year.

The major change in the 2018 Acura RDX is the availability of the AcuraWatch™ suite of safety technology as a standalone option. Drivers can add the AcuraWatch™ suite to base model RDX models as a standalone feature or as a part of the Technology package. The AcuraWatch™ suite is included in Advance packages.

The AcuraWatch™ suite includes Adaptive Cruise Control, Collision Mitigation Braking System™, Forward Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning and Lane Keeping Assist System.
